This California Privacy Policy supplements our Privacy Policy and applies to California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (together, the “CCPA”). Terms defined in the CCPA have the same meaning when used here.

We use personal information for the business and commercial purposes described in Section 2 (“How We Use Information”) of our Privacy Policy, including processing submissions, activating and administering coverage and waivers, enabling contact by us and our partners where you consent, maintaining consent and compliance records, security and fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
We disclose the categories of personal information described above to service providers and to insurance carriers, agencies, licensed producers, and their authorized marketing partners, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Because we may share contact and submission information with marketing partners for their own outreach, and may use online tools that share identifiers and internet activity for analytics or advertising, these activities may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under the CCPA. The categories that may be sold or shared are: identifiers, customer records, internet/network activity, geolocation, and inferences.
We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers we know to be under 16 years of age.
You or your authorized agent may submit a request by emailing info@couvaro.com. We will verify your request using information associated with your submission. To opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, or to limit the use of sensitive personal information, email info@couvaro.com with the subject line “California Privacy Request.” We honor recognized opt-out preference signals where required.
California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits California residents to request information about disclosures of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. You may make such a request by contacting us at info@couvaro.com.
